BeautySift — Return & Refund Policy

We accept eligible voluntary return requests within 14 days after delivery.

To request a return, email kabeshephraim@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for return instructions before shipping an item.

For hygiene and safety, beauty, makeup, skincare, grooming and personal-care products must be unopened, unused and in their original condition to qualify for change-of-mind returns. Other products should also be unused and in their original condition.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed items are handled separately. Contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs where possible. The unopened and unused restriction does not limit your legal rights.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return has been assessed, as appropriate. Processing times depend on your payment provider. Any applicable return shipping costs will be explained before you proceed.

Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible. Orders already processing or dispatched may not be cancellable under our voluntary policy.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
